At R.A.D®, we are committed to ensuring your gear supports your performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product shows no signs of wear or training use.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
